To charge your Xbox controllers using the Mocagen Q08S Controller Charger Station, please follow these steps:
1. Take the charging station and batteries out of the box.
2. Connect Power: Plug the USB cord that came with the charger into a 5V power source and then into the charger station.
3. Putting Batteries In: On the charger station, put the rechargeable batteries in the holes that are marked for them.
4. LED Indicators: Look at the LED indicators. Red means charging, and green means rest or fully charged.
5. Charging Controllers: To start charging, put your Xbox controllers on the dock and make sure they fit firmly.
6. Time to Charge: Each battery pack needs 2.5 hours to fully charge.
7. Charging Modes: You can charge the batteries with Type-C, Micro-USB, or the USB cable that comes with the product.
Please note that it's important to ensure the controllers are properly seated in the charging dock and that the power cord is securely plugged into both the charger and the power source. If the controllers are not charging, try using a different USB port or outlet to verify if the issue is with the power source. Additionally, make sure the controllers are compatible with the charger station.
