To turn on the EVISTR 16GB Digital Voice Recorder, push the power button on the left side of the device to the ON position. If it is your first time using the device, you can also turn it on by pressing down the PLAY button for 2 seconds. In future uses, you can turn the device on/off by pressing down the PLAY button. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the "Quick Start Guide" section of the owner's manual.
