To install the Kenwood KFC-6966S speakers in your car, follow these steps:
1. Start by removing the door trims by unscrewing all visible screws and those behind plastic panels. Carefully pull the door off.
2. Disconnect the previous wiring and crossover.
3. Connect the factory speaker wire to the input of the crossover. Split the high and low signals between the woofer and the tweeter.
4. Align the speaker where it will sit in the door and mark out the xxxx positions. Use a cordless drill to create the holes.
5. Tidy up the wiring with cable ties to prevent any rattles from inside the door.
6. Connect everything together and put the door back in place. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
