To turn on the VTech 80-150309 Click and Count Remote, you need to slide the OFF/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH to either the low volume ( ) or high volume ( ) position. Once you slide the switch to one of these positions, the unit will turn on and you will hear fun sounds and an entertaining sing-along song. The lights on the remote will also flash along with the sounds. If the remote does not turn on after sliding the switch, please ensure that the batteries are properly installed and fully charged. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the batteries or contact VTech's Consumer Services Department for further assistance.
