Yes, you can use the Amazon Basics 3.5mm Male to Female Stereo Audio Extension Adapter Cable with your iPhone. This cable is compatible with any device that has a 3.5mm audio jack or an AUX-in port, including iPhones. You can connect the 3.5mm male jack of the cable to your iPhone and the 3.5mm female jack to headphones, car stereo, amplifier, or speaker to extend the audio connection.
Please note that newer iPhone models may require a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter to connect the cable, as they no longer have a dedicated 3.5mm audio jack.
