To adjust the heat settings on the NIUONSIX SN-S 2lb Weighted Electric Neck Heating Pad, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the heating pad and ensure it is connected to a power source.
2. Locate the controller attached to the power cord.
3. Press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad.
4. Use the arrow buttons on the controller to navigate through the heat settings. There are three adjustable heat levels: low, medium, and high.
5. Press the arrow button corresponding to your desired heat level. The heating pad will start to warm up.
6. If you want to change the heat level, press the arrow buttons again to adjust it accordingly.
7. To turn off the heating pad, press and hold the power button on the controller until it shuts off.
