To adjust the brightness level on the BZYUY 1 230° Wide Beam Waterproof Headlamp, you can cycle through the different lighting modes. Press the power button located on the side of the headlamp to turn it on. Press the power button again to cycle through the lighting modes, which include high, medium, low, and strobe. By pressing the power button multiple times, you can select the desired brightness level for your specific needs.
