Installing the AKALE AK-050 Rechargeable Bike Light Set on your bike is a straightforward process. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Start by identifying the front light and the rear light in the package.
2. Attach the front light to the handlebars of your bike using the included mounting bracket and silicone strap. Place the bracket around the handlebars and secure it tightly using the strap.
3. Position the front light in the desired direction, ensuring it is facing forward for optimal visibility.
4. Secure the rear light to the seat post of your bike using the same method. Place the bracket around the seat post and tighten it with the silicone strap.
5. Adjust the angle of the rear light to ensure it is facing directly backward.
6. Once both lights are securely attached, press the power button on each light to turn them on.
7. Cycle through the lighting modes by pressing the power button again. Choose the mode that suits your visibility needs (high, medium, low, or flashing).
8. To charge the lights, connect the included USB charging cables to the lights' micro USB input ports. Insert the other end of the cable into a USB power source, such as a computer or wall charger.
9. The LED indicator on the lights will turn red to indicate that they are charging. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.
