To change the voice effects on the Amscan 391232 Halloween Voice Changer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the switch on the side of the device. This switch allows you to select between the different voice effects.
2. Slide the switch to the desired voice effect. The three available voice effects are monster, alien, and your own voice being amplified.
3. Once you have selected the desired voice effect, speak into the microphone to hear your voice transformed.
Note: Make sure the device is turned on and the batteries are properly installed for the voice effects to work. Additionally, adjust the volume control if necessary to fit your needs and the situation.
