If only one of your APEKX Bluetooth Earbuds is functioning, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check audio settings: Sometimes, headphones may only play in one ear due to audio settings. Make sure the mono option is turned off in your device's audio properties. Additionally, ensure that the volume levels on both earphones are balanced.
2. Reset the earbuds: Hold both earbuds on a flat surface for about 8 seconds until they turn off. Then, place them in the charging case for a few seconds. Remove them from the case and hold down both buttons simultaneously until they turn on and start flashing. This should reset the earbuds and potentially resolve any connectivity issues.
3. Ensure both earbuds are charged: Check the charge status of each earbud by looking at the battery indicator light. The case can be charged separately from the earbuds, but when the earbuds are placed in the case, both the earbuds and the case will charge simultaneously. The indicator light will turn red while charging and green when the battery is fully charged.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to refer to the instruction manual or contact APEKX customer support for further assistance.
