To pair the Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds to your device using Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. The left LED light will alternately flash blue and red, while the right LED light will be off. Make sure to remove any transparent static sticker on the bottom of the earbuds.
2. Enter pairing mode by selecting "T10 Pro" from the Bluetooth menu on your device. The left LED light will turn off once the earbuds are connected.
Tips:
- If the earbuds are not connected within 60 seconds after booting, they will automatically shut down.
- If there is no playback for 20 minutes after being connected, the earbuds will auto shutdown.
- If there is no connection for 10 minutes after turning off the Bluetooth function on your phone, the earbuds will automatically shut down.
If you encounter any pairing issues or if only one side of the earbuds is working, you can try the following steps to switch from single-mode to stereo mode:
1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case.
2. Delete "T10 Pro" from the Bluetooth menu on your device if it is already connected.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. Both earbuds should be turned on, and the LED lights will alternately flash blue and red.
4. Double click on the "R" side of the earbuds. This will force the headphones to pair. Once the pairing is successful, the "R" sidelight will turn off, and the "L" side will flash red and blue.
5. If prompted, enter the code "0000".
