I find the volume of the toy to be too loud for my baby. Is there a way to adjust the volume?

Unfortunately, the Skip Hop 185650 Baby Phone Toy does not have a volume control feature. The volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted. If you find the volume to be too loud for your baby, you can try placing a piece of tape or a small sticker over the speaker to reduce the sound. Alternatively, you can place the toy in a soft fabric bag or wrap it in a cloth to muffle the sound slightly.
