To charge the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, follow these steps:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure the earbuds are not wet or dirty for optimal charging.
2. Close the charging case.
3. Connect the USB cable to the charging case and plug it into a wall outlet, or place the charging case on a wireless charger. The earbuds and charging case will be charged simultaneously.
- Note: The charging head for plugging the USB cable into a wall outlet is not included. Use only Samsung charging devices rated with an output voltage of 5v and an output current of over 150mA (sold separately).
During the charging process, the LED indicators on the charging case will flash different colors to indicate the battery level:
- Green: Fully charged or above 60% battery.
- Yellow: Between 30% and 60% battery.
- Red: Charging or below 30% battery.
- Flashing Red: Charging error. Reconnect the case and earbuds. If the error occurs again, contact a Samsung Service Center for service support.
You can also check the battery level for the case and earbuds in the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone.
