To set the time on the BEST LEARNING 3021 Learning Clock, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the clock is turned on and functioning properly.
2. Look for the hour hand (yellow) and the minute hand (red) on the clock face.
3. Line up the hour hand with the number that corresponds to the current hour.
4. Move the minute hand to the correct minute position.
5. The clock should now display the correct time.
