To adjust the headband on the Sony ZX Series Wired On-Ear Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with both hands and locate the headband.
2. Gently pull the headband to extend it to the desired length.
3. Once you have adjusted the headband to the desired length, release it and it will lock into place.
4. Put on the headphones and adjust the headband if necessary for a comfortable fit.
