To switch between different lighting modes on the Lsnisni 3AAA-HL IPX5 Waterproof Head Light, simply press the power button. Each press of the power button will cycle through the available modes. The headlamp offers six different lighting modes: Spotlight high, Spotlight low, Spotlight strobe, Floodlight high, All lights on, and SOS mode. If you want to activate the SOS mode directly, you can long press the power button for 3 seconds. This will activate the SOS mode, which can be useful in emergency situations. Refer to the user manual for more information on the different lighting modes and their specific uses.
