To adjust the noise cancelling levels on the Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700, you can use the Bose Music App. There are three different noise cancelling levels available: at 0, full transparency; at 5, blocks low-frequency noises; and at 10, blocks all external noises. To adjust the levels, follow these steps:
1. Quick press the Noise Control Button on the headphones.
2. Repeat the quick press until you hear your preferred level.
3. The headphones will announce the current noise cancelling level.
Please note that you can also customize the noise cancelling levels using the Bose Music App, allowing you to fine-tune the level of noise cancellation according to your preference.
