To pair the Avantree Ensemble Wireless Headphones with your TV, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the transmitter is connected to the power source (TV USB port or any 5V/500mAh-2A rated USB charger) and turned on. The LED indicator on the transmitter should be blue and flashing rapidly.
2. Turn on the headphones by sliding the power switch to the ON position. The LED indicator on the headphones will start flashing red and blue alternately.
3. Place the headphones and the transmitter close to each other. They should automatically connect within a few seconds, and the LED indicator on the headphones will turn solid blue.
If the headphones are not connecting to the TV, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the TV's audio output settings are correctly configured. If you are using a digital optical connection, set your TV's Audio Format or Digital Sound Out setting to PCM or turn off the Dolby/DTS Digital Setting. If you are using a 3.5mm or RCA connection, set your TV's Sound Out or Speaker setting to Wired Headphones, Headset, or External Speaker.
2. Ensure that the audio cables are securely connected between the TV and the transmitter. If you are using a digital optical connection, use the provided optical audio cable. If you are using a 3.5mm connection, use the provided AUX cable. If you are using an RCA connection, use the AUX cable and the 3.5mm to RCA audio adapter.
3. If the headphones still do not connect, try manually pairing them with the transmitter. Put the transmitter into pairing mode by pressing and holding the MFB button for 5 seconds until the LED starts flashing red and blue. Then, put the headphones into pairing mode by turning them on and holding the on/off switch in the Bluetooth mode for 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue. Place them close to each other until a solid blue light appears on the LED.
