To change the lighting mode on the MingDak MDGLSD01B-18S LED Aquarium Fish Tank Light, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the light is plugged in and turned on.
2. Locate the multifunction controller that came with the light.
3. Press the "Mode" button on the controller to cycle through the different lighting modes.
4. The light has three lighting modes:
a. All three sets of white, blue, and red LEDs on for a full-spectrum natural light effect.
b. Both white and red LEDs on, which is great for plants and maintains light balance.
c. Only blue LEDs on, which is ideal for creating a nighttime effect and showcasing the glow of your fish and plants.
5. Keep pressing the "Mode" button until you reach the desired lighting mode.
6. Once you have selected the desired lighting mode, the light will stay in that mode until you change it again.
