To activate the storytelling feature on the Cuddle Barn CB42892 Battery Operated Storytelling Dragon, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the dragon has fresh batteries installed. The toy requires 3 AA batteries, which should already be included in the package.
2. Locate the switch on the back of the dragon. Set the switch to the "ON" position to enable the storytelling function.
3. Press or squeeze the dragon to activate the storytelling feature. The dragon will sway and move its mouth while telling the stories.
4. If you want to quickly see a sample of the stories, you can set the switch to "Demo" mode. This mode allows you to preview a snippet of the stories. To play the stories continuously, set the switch to "ON" mode.
5. If there are pause and skip buttons on the dragon, you can use them to control the stories. Press the pause button to stop the story and pick up where you left off. Use the skip button to move to the next story.
6. Make sure the volume is set to a safe level for your child's ears. If the dragon has a volume xxxx , turn it down if necessary.
7. Demonstrate the use of the storytelling feature to your child. Show them how to play, pause, and skip stories using the interactive controls.
8. Enjoy listening to the five fairy tales that the dragon reads: Hansel and Gretel, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel, The Ugly Duckling, and Sleeping Beauty.
