Installing the Pawfly 2-Inch Aquarium Air Stone is a simple process. Here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Clean the surface of your aquarium where you want to place the air stone.
2. Attach the suction cup to the bottom of the air stone.
3. Wet the suction cup and press it firmly onto the cleaned surface of the tank. Make sure it is securely attached.
4. Connect one end of the airline tubing to the air stone's connector.
5. Connect the other end of the airline tubing to your air pump's outlet.
6. Ensure that the air pump is turned off before connecting the tubing.
7. Once the tubing is securely connected, turn on the air pump.
8. The air stone will start producing bubbles, providing aeration and water circulation in your tank.
Remember to soak the air stone in water for at least 30 minutes before the initial use to ensure proper air diffusion. Additionally, regularly clean the air stone with a soft brush to prevent clogs caused by mineral buildup over time.
