To pair the TWS wireless earbuds with your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Power on the earbuds: Press and hold the multi-function key on BOTH the left and right earphones for 3 seconds simultaneously. Release the buttons when the blue light is on and you hear a voice prompt saying "POWER ON".
2. Automatic connection: When the earbuds are powered on, they will connect to each other automatically. You will hear a voice prompt saying "CONNECTED" and the indicator lights on the right earphone will flash blue and red. The blue indicator light on the left earphone will flash slowly.
3. Enable Bluetooth pairing on your phone: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and enable the Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. Connect to the earbuds: In the list of available devices, you should see "Air plus" listed. Tap on "Air plus" to connect. The right earphone will respond with a voice prompt saying "CONNECTED" and the blue light will flash when the connection is successful.
5. Automatic reconnection: Once the earbuds are powered on, they will automatically connect to the last paired mobile device. If they don't connect automatically, please repeat step 2.
Note: If you see two "Airplus" entries in the available devices, it means the earphones are not paired correctly. In that case, follow these steps to pair them correctly:
- Press and hold the multifunction key on both earphones for 6 seconds simultaneously. Release the buttons when the indicator lights turn red and blue, and you hear a voice prompt saying "PAIRING". The earphones will be paired and connected automatically, and you will hear a voice prompt saying "CONNECTED".
- When paired successfully, the indicator lights on the right earphone will flash alternately in blue and red, while the blue indicator light on the left earphone will flash slowly.
- Go back to step 2 to connect with your devices.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully pair the TWS wireless earbuds with your phone.
