To pair your BossBud Bluetooth earphones with your phone, follow these steps:
1. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Remove the earphones from the charging case.
3. On your cell phone, look for the device named 'Q65 pro'.
4. Tap on 'Q65 pro' to connect the Bluetooth.
5. Once connected, you should be able to use your BossBud earphones with your phone.
If you don't see 'Q65 pro' among your phone's Bluetooth signal selections after removing the earphones, you can try factory resetting the earphones. Here's how:
1. Make sure the charging case is charging by connecting the included USB wire to it.
2. Put the earphones back in the charging case.
3. Press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds in the charging case until the flashing red light appears. This indicates that the earphones have been successfully reset.
4. After resetting, check your Bluetooth settings again, and you should see 'Q65 pro' available for pairing.
