To connect the VOYEE PC Controller to your Xbox 360 or PC, follow these steps:

1. For Xbox 360:
   - Plug the USB receiver into the USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
   - Press the HOME button on the controller. Both the receiver and controller lights should flash.
   - Once the lights on both the receiver and controller are constantly on, the connection is successful.

2. For PC:
   - Right-click on the Bluetooth icon in your system tray.
   - Select "Add a Bluetooth Device" and choose Bluetooth under "Add Bluetooth or other Device."
   - Look for "Xbox Wireless Controller" in the list of available devices.
