To install the rechargeable batteries in your Xbox controller, follow these steps:
1. If you are not using the Play & Charge kit battery pack, make sure to use only AA batteries with a "LR6" designation (alkaline batteries) for optimal performance.
2. Open the battery compartment on the back of your Xbox controller.
3. Insert the rechargeable batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring that the positive (+) and negative (-) ends are positioned correctly as illustrated in the manual.
4. Close the battery compartment securely.
Note: It is recommended to use rechargeable AA (LR6) batteries for longer playtime and cost-effectiveness.
