To connect the PowerA Joy Con Comfort Grips to your Nintendo Switch, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the Nintendo Switch logo and player LEDs on the Joy-Con grip or Joy-Con charging grip are facing you.
2. Slide the Joy-Con from top to bottom using the rail on the side of the Joy-Con Grip until you hear a click.
3. Ensure that the Minus symbol is at the top of the left Joy-Con controller and the left rail of the Joy-Con Comfort Grip.
4. Slide the Joy-Con controller all the way down to switch on the player indication light.
5. Repeat the process with the opposite Joy-Con controller.

Note: If you are using the Joy-Con Charging Grip, you can plug it in using the USB cable that came with it. Connect it to the Nintendo Switch dock with a LAN port or directly to the Nintendo Switch AC adapter (HAC-002).
If you encounter any issues with connecting the Joy-Con controllers, try resetting the Joy-Con by pressing the SYNC Button once and then pressing any other controller button to turn it back on. Make sure the Joy-Con is properly positioned and fully inserted into the console.
