To connect the BENGOO V-4 Gaming Headset to your Xbox One, please follow these steps:
1. Check your Xbox One controller: If you have an older Xbox One controller without a 3.5mm audio jack, you will need an additional Microsoft Adapter (not included) to connect the headset.
2. Plug in the headset: Take the 3.5mm jack of the headset and plug it into the 3.5mm audio jack on your Xbox One controller. Make sure it is securely connected.
3. Adjust audio settings on Xbox One: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the System Settings. Navigate to "Audio" or "Sound" settings and make sure the "Headset Volume" is turned up. Also, check if the "Output to Headphones" is set to "All Audio".
4. Test the headset: Start a game or play some audio on your Xbox One and check if you can hear the sound through the headset. Adjust the volume using the volume control on the headset or the Xbox One controller.
If you are still not getting any sound, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that the headset volume is not muted. Check if there is a mute button on the headset or on the inline controller.
- Make sure the headset is properly connected to the controller. Try unplugging and plugging it back in.
- Test the headset on a different device, such as a smartphone or PC, to see if it works. This will help determine if the issue is with the headset or the Xbox One.
