To turn on the Fisher-Price CMW48 Laugh & Learn Puppy's Remote, you need to slide the power switch located on the toy. The power switch is located on the side or back of the toy, usually near the bottom. Slide the switch to the ON position, and the toy should turn on. If the toy does not turn on, please ensure that the 2 AAA batteries are properly installed and have sufficient charge. If the issue persists, try replacing the batteries with new ones.
