Threading the Magicfly 12-Stitches Mini Sewing Machine is a simple process. Here are step-by-step instructions to help you:
1. Start by placing the machine on a flat surface and ensuring it is properly plugged in or that 4 AA batteries are correctly installed.
2. Take the thread spool and place it on the spool pin located on the top of the machine. Make sure the thread unwinds in the clockwise direction.
3. Take the end of the thread and guide it through the thread guide located on the top of the machine, then down through the tension control dial.
4. Continue guiding the thread through the thread guide located on the front of the machine, then up through the take-up lever. The take-up lever is a small metal hook located just above the needle area.
5. From the take-up lever, guide the thread down through the thread guide located on the front of the machine, and then through the needle bar thread guide.
6. Finally, thread the needle from front to back, leaving a tail of thread about 4-6 inches long.
7. To ensure proper tension, hold onto the thread tail and turn the hand-wheel counterclockwise manually. This will raise the needle and lower the bobbin thread. Gently pull on the thread tail to bring up the bobbin thread.
8. Once the bobbin thread is pulled up, you are ready to start sewing.
