To set up the Ring Alarm 8-piece kit (2nd Gen), follow these steps:

1. Download the Ring - Always Home app from the app store on your mobile device. If you already have the app, make sure it is updated to the newest version.

2. Open the app and tap on "Create Account" if you are new to Ring, or log in with your existing Ring account.

3. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your Ring Alarm Base Station. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.

4. Tap on "Set Up a Device" in the app and select "Alarm" if this is your first Ring Alarm or "Security Devices" if you have Alarm at another location.

5. Choose a location or add a new one for your Alarm system.

6. Tap on "Base Station" and follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup. When prompted, press the PAIRING button on the rear of your Base Station.
