Threading the Flying Banana 0002 Portable Sewing Machine is a simple process. Here are step-by-step instructions:
1. Start by turning off the sewing machine and unplugging it from the power source for safety.
2. Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the handwheel towards you.
3. Take the thread spool and place it on the spool pin located at the top of the machine. Make sure the spool rotates freely.
4. Take the end of the thread and guide it through the thread guide located on the top of the machine, usually marked with an arrow or a numbered path. Follow the indicated path, ensuring the thread is properly seated in each guide.
5. Locate the tension discs and thread the thread through them. The tension discs are usually located near the front of the machine, above the needle area. Follow the threading path indicated on the machine, ensuring the thread is securely seated between the discs.
