Threading the Flying Banana 0001 12-Built-in Mini Electric Sewing Machine is a simple process. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Start by turning off the sewing machine and unplugging it from the power source for safety.
2. Take one of the thread spools included in the package and place it on the spool pin located at the top of the machine.
3. Pull the thread from the spool and guide it through the thread guide located on the top of the machine. Follow the arrows or numbers indicated on the machine for the correct threading path.
4. Bring the thread down and around the tension control dial, making sure the thread is securely placed in the tension discs.
5. Continue to guide the thread through the take-up lever, which is a small hook or guide located near the needle area. Follow the threading path indicated on the machine.
6. Bring the thread down and pass it through the thread guide located above the needle.
7. Thread the needle by inserting the thread through the eye of the needle from front to back. You can use the needle threader included in the package to help with this step if needed.
8. Once the needle is threaded, pull a few inches of thread through the needle to ensure it doesn't come out while sewing.
9. Plug in the sewing machine and turn it on.
10. Hold onto the end of the thread and use the handwheel or press the foot pedal to lower the needle and bring up the bobbin thread.
11. Hold onto both the top and bobbin threads and gently pull them towards the back of the machine.
