To connect your phone to the Magnavox MD6949 using Bluetooth, follow these steps:
1. Slide the Function Selector to the CD/BT/AUX IN position to turn on the CD player.
2. The POWER Indicator will illuminate, and the LED Display will show "--" followed by "no".
3. Press and hold the Play/Pause/BT button until "bt" appears on the display and starts blinking. The BT (Bluetooth) Indicator will also illuminate and blink.
4. Power on your phone and enter the Bluetooth settings.
5. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "MD6949" or "Craig MD6949" from the list.
6. If prompted, enter the passcode "0000" or "1234" on your phone to pair with the boombox.
7. Once paired, the LED display and BT Indicator on the boombox will stop blinking.
8. You can now play music from your phone, and it will be streamed through the Magnavox MD6949.
Note: If the pairing process is not successful, make sure that the boombox is in Bluetooth mode and that your phone is within range. Also, check the Bluetooth settings on your phone to ensure it is discoverable.
