To set the time on the HeQiao 163 Digital LCD Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Time Set" button on the clock.
2. The hour digits will start flashing. Use the control buttons to adjust the hour to the desired value.
3. Press the "Time Set" button again to move to the minute digits. Use the control buttons to adjust the minutes.
4. Press the "Time Set" button once more to confirm and exit the time setting mode.
Note: The HeQiao 163 Digital LCD Alarm Clock can display time in both 12-hour and 24-hour formats. To switch between the formats, refer to the instructions provided in the manual.
