To remove the waffle plates from your Krups Stainless Steel Waffle Maker, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the plates are completely cool before attempting to remove them.
2. Locate the upper plate release button on the left side of the lid, above the indicator lights.
3. Press the upper plate release button with one hand while using your other hand to remove the plate.
4. Repeat the process with the lower plates, using the release button located on the left bottom housing.
If you are still having trouble removing the plates, double-check that they have cooled down completely. It's important not to force the plates out if they are still hot, as this could cause damage to the waffle maker. If the issue persists, refer to the instruction manual or contact the authorized after-sales service center for further assistance.
