To set the time on the CHKOSDA CH3387 Digital LED Wall Clock, follow these steps:
1. Press the "T SET" button on the clock.
2. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press the "MODE" button to switch to adjusting the minutes.
4. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to adjust the minutes.
5. Press the "MODE" button again to switch to adjusting the seconds.
6. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to adjust the seconds.
7. Press the "RET" button to exit the time setting mode.
