To clean the Panasonic ES3831 Wet or Dry Battery Shaver, follow these steps:
1. Remove the protective cap.
2. Apply some hand soap to the outer foil.
3. Turn the shaver on and pour some water over the outer foil.
4. After 10-20 seconds, turn the shaver off.
5. Press the foil frame release button and remove the foil frame.
6. Clean the foil frame with running water.
7. Wipe off any water drops with a dry cloth.
8. Allow the foil frame to dry completely before reattaching it.
Note: Do not use salt water or hot water for cleaning. Do not soak the shaver in water for a long period of time. Do not use thinner, benzine, or alcohol for cleaning.
