To connect the TREATLIFE DP10 Smart Plug-in Dimmer to your smart home system, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your DP10 dimmer is plugged into a power outlet and your lights are connected to it.
2. Download and install the Smart Life or TreatLife app on your smartphone.
3. Open the app and create an account if you don't have one already.
4. Follow the app's instructions to add a new device.
5. Select the DP10 dimmer from the list of available devices.
6. Put the DP10 dimmer into pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing rapidly.
7. In the app, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect the dimmer to your home network.
8. Once connected, you can customize the settings and assign a name to the dimmer for easier identification.
9. Enable the Smart Life or TreatLife skill in your Alexa or Google Assistant app.
10. Use the voice commands associated with your smart home system to control the DP10 dimmer. For example, you can say "Alexa, turn on the living room lights" or "Hey Google, dim the bedroom lights to 50%".
