To connect the Samsung T5 Portable External Solid State Drive to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your computer is powered on and running.
2. Take the USB Type-C to Type-A cable (included in the package) and connect the Type-C end to the T5 drive.
3. Connect the Type-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
4. The T5 drive will be automatically recognized by your computer and should appear as a removable disk.
Please note that the T5 drive is compatible with both USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) and USB 3.0 (5 Gbps) interfaces. For optimal performance, it is recommended to connect the T5 drive to a USB 3.1 Gen 2 port if available on your computer.
