To adjust the display settings on the Sceptre E225W-19203R Ultra Thin 75Hz 1080p LED Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button on the monitor to open the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu.
2. Use the arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate through the menu options.
3. Select the "Picture" or "Display" option in the menu.
4. Within the Picture or Display menu, you will find various settings such as Brightness, Contrast, Color Temperature, and more.
5. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the setting you want to adjust and press the Menu button to enter the sub-menu.
6. Use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the value of the selected setting.
7. Once you have made the desired adjustments, press the Menu button to exit the sub-menu.
