If your Bob and Brad QL/MDS.C2-D Deep Tissue Percussion Massager Gun stops working, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Recharge the device fully using the USB-A to USB-C Cable for 3-4 hours. It is important to use the correct cable (USB-A to USB-C) for charging. The device will not take charge if you are using a USB-C to USB-C cable.
2. During charging, the battery lights should be flickering. Once fully charged, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on the device.
