To set the target temperature on the VIVOSUN Seedling Heat Mat and Digital Thermostat, please follow these steps:
1. Press the "SET" button once to display the current target temperature on the thermostat screen.
2. Hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds to enter the temperature setting mode.
3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the target temperature to your desired level.
4. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and save the new target temperature.
Please note that you can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by holding the "+" button to display Fahrenheit or holding the "-" button to display Celsius.
