To connect your NETRO SPRITE Smart Watering Controller to your home Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your Wi-Fi router is turned on and has a signal strength of at least 2 bars on your phone at the location where the Sprite is installed. The Sprite only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks, so ensure that your router is broadcasting on the correct frequency.
2. Double-check the password you are entering. It should be the password for your home Wi-Fi network, not the password for your NETRO account.
3. If your router is using WEP encryption, select WEP mode in the app below the password field during the setup process.
4. Ensure that your router has access to the internet and is not blocking port 1883, which is reserved for MQTT. Rebooting your modem might help resolve any connection issues.
5. If you are still unable to connect, try rebooting your router.
