According to the user manual, it is important not to connect more than one valve to a terminal on the Rachio R3 Smart Sprinkler Controller. Connecting multiple valves to a single terminal may damage the controller. Each valve should be connected to its own dedicated terminal on the controller. If you have multiple valves, ensure that each valve is wired to a separate terminal on the controller to avoid any potential damage.
