To use the Braun BNT400 No Touch+ touch thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the thermometer is clean and in good working condition.
2. Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
3. Aim the thermometer at the center of the forehead or the desired measurement area from a distance of up to 2.5 inches (6.35 cm).
4. Press and hold the measurement button. The thermometer will beep to indicate that the measurement is complete.
5. Release the measurement button and read the temperature displayed on the screen.
6. The AgeSmart technology of the Braun BNT400 thermometer helps interpret the temperature reading based on the age of the person being measured. The color-coded display will show green for a normal temperature, yellow for a moderate fever, and red for a high fever.
7. After use, clean the thermometer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge it in water.
