If the earbuds connect to your phone but not your computer, try the following steps:
1. Unpair the earbuds from your phone to disconnect them.
2. Put the earbuds into the charging case to reset them.
3. Take them out of the case and open the Bluetooth settings on your computer to connect.
4. If the issue persists, update your computer's Bluetooth driver by downloading and installing the appropriate driver from the computer vendor's website.
