If the valve fails to shut off water when used for the first time or after being stored for more than 3 months, you can activate the valve by following these steps:
1. Press and hold the 'OK' button for 5 seconds.
2. Repeat this process 7-10 times.
3. The valve should now be activated and the device will return to normal operation.
This issue occurs because the water in the valve evaporates, causing it to stick together with the silicone diaphragm. By activating the valve multiple times, you can restore normal functionality.
