To connect the Zoom ZHA-4 Handy Headphone Amplifier to your audio source, follow these steps:
1. Locate the 3.5mm input jack on the ZHA-4. This is where you will connect the line or headphone output of your audio equipment.
2. Use a compatible audio cable (3.5mm to 3.5mm) to connect the output of your audio source to the input jack of the ZHA-4. Ensure that the cable is securely plugged in on both ends.
3. Once the connection is established, you can adjust the volume levels for each headphone output using the dedicated volume control knobs. This allows you to customize the audio level for each individual headphone.
4. If you wish to mute any of the headphone outputs, simply press the corresponding mute button for that channel. This provides flexibility to mute specific outputs without affecting the overall output settings.
Note: The ZHA-4 can be powered by either two AA batteries or through the USB Type-C connector using a USB AC adapter or USB battery pack. Make sure to choose the appropriate power source based on your preference and availability.
