To connect the StarTech.com SPDIF2AA Digital Audio Adapter to your TV and soundbar, follow these steps:
1. Make sure all devices are powered off.
2. Connect the digital audio source (e.g., TV) to the converter using the appropriate coaxial or optical (Toslink) cable. Note that only one input is active at a time, so if both coaxial and Toslink cables are connected, Toslink will default.
3. Connect the analog audio receiver device (e.g., soundbar) to the converter using stereo RCA audio cables.
4. Connect the power adapter from the converter to an electrical outlet.
5. Power on the audio receiver, followed by the audio source.
