To connect the VMAI X-bar 2.1 Channel Soundbar to your TV, you have several options depending on the available connectivity options on your TV. Here are the common connection methods:
1. HDMI: If your TV has an HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port, you can use an HDMI cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Simply connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on the soundbar and the other end to the HDMI ARC port on your TV. Make sure to enable the HDMI ARC function in your TV's settings.
2. Optical: If your TV has an optical audio output, you can use an optical cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Connect one end of the optical cable to the optical audio output on your TV and the other end to the optical input on the soundbar. Select the optical input mode on the soundbar using the remote control.
3. Bluetooth: If your TV supports Bluetooth connectivity, you can pair the soundbar with your TV wirelessly. Turn on the Bluetooth function on both the soundbar and your TV, then search for the soundbar on your TV's Bluetooth settings. Select the VMAI X-bar from the list of available devices to pair them.
4. AUX: If your TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack or RCA audio output, you can use an AUX cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Plug one end of the AUX cable into the headphone jack or RCA audio output on your TV, and the other end into the AUX input on the soundbar. Switch the soundbar to AUX mode using the remote control.
